State Bank Of India (SBI) has released the call letters for candidates opting for pre-examination training. The candidates should download their call letter for training by entering their registration number and password/ date of birth from today i.e 5 May 2016 onwards from the link provided here. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post. SBI has arranged pre-examination training at certain centres for SC/ST/XS /Religious Minority Community candidates in consonance with the guidelines issued by Government of India. Pre-examination training may also be given to the women candidates applying under special recruitment drive for Tura (Meghalaya) and Kashmir Valley & Ladakh. The candidates who have opted for Pre-examination training will undertake the training programme at their own cost.

The SBI PO Admit Card 2016 will be released from 14 June onwards for which the examination will be conducted on 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10 July 2016 . The candidates will have to visit the official website to download the admit Card. The admit card will contain following information:

•     Name of the candidates
•     The registration number of the candidates
•     Their Roll Number
•     Photograph
•     Name of the test Venue
•     Address of the test venue
•     Timing of the Test
•     Date of Examination

The candidates should note that the SBI PO Admit card 2016 will not be sent to the candidates in person and hence they need to visit the official website to download it. They also need to bring that Admit card to the examination center where they would be required to produce it in front of the invigilator failing which they would at the mercy of him.

Recruitment  Details 

Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC / ST; 03 Years for OBC; PWD (SC/ST)  -15 Years; PWD (OBC) - 13 Years;  PWD (Gen) - 10 Years; Persons ordinarily domiciled of the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989 (and) Ex-Serviceman - 05 Years.

Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 31.08.2016):

Educational qualification:All the candidates interested in applying must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification recognised by the central government.

Application Fee: Rs.600/- for all candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD Candidates. The payment can be made by using debit card / credit card / Internet Banking etc.

Pay Scale: The selected candidates for SBI PO Recruitment 2016 will get minimum basic pay of Rs 27,620 per month with 4 advance increments as per govt norms/ rules.
